Wobble Fix legal notice

Privacy Policy for Wobble Fix

Last updated: 2026-09-19

1. Who this notice covers

This privacy notice describes how Wobble Fix handles information when you install and use the software on iOS. It is provided by Heitor Duarte. It applies to the version distributed through the Apple App Store and to this public web copy of the notice.

The app is designed as a local product experience: information you type, import or generate stays under your control on the device unless a visible feature clearly sends it somewhere else. Apple may process limited technical data as part of operating the App Store, device OS, and related platform services under Apple's own terms.

If a later version adds a new network destination for user-entered content, that version's in-app interface and App Store privacy labels are the controlling disclosures for that build.

Processing clauses

  1. Purpose limitation. Information you enter is processed to provide the features visible in the app, including display, search, export you trigger, and local reminders the UI advertises.
  2. Storage. Content saved locally remains on the device until you delete it through an available in-app control or remove the app.
  3. Network. The app may make network requests to retrieve app content or configuration, communicate with Apple platform services, and open support or legal resources. A feature that sends user-entered information to an external service should identify that behavior in its interface. App Store privacy disclosures for the submitted version provide the applicable data categories.
  4. No sale of personal information. The product template does not include a brokerage of your in-app records to data traders.
  5. Retention. There is no Wobble Fix cloud inbox that keeps your entries after uninstall unless you independently exported them or used an Apple service that you control.
