Terms of Use for Wobble Fix

Agreement

1. By using Wobble Fix you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.
2. These terms govern your personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run the app on devices associated with your Apple ID, within Apple's licensing rules.
3. If any mandatory consumer rule in your country cannot be waived, that rule prevails over a conflicting sentence here.

2. Service

Wobble Fix provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates. Companion targets (for example widgets or additional Apple platforms in the same product) are part of the same licence when Apple distributes them with the app.

3. User conduct

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not attempt to reverse engineer the binary except to the extent a statute forbids that restriction, and you will not use the app to store or transmit content you do not have rights to handle.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping the device and Apple ID secure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Heitor Duarte is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Brazil.
